- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a frontline F&B role or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus
- Must be available to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
