📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop visually appealing and effective packaging designs for our products, ensuring they align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, and advertisements to support our marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on time.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve our visual storytelling.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and incorporate insights into our design strategy.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging and marketing designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to develop innovative design solutions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
