📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their jobs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills.
