As a Staff Produksi Espresso, you will be responsible for crafting premium coffee and ensuring our customers receive the best coffee experience. This is a full-time position located in Genteng, Jawa Timur, with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 2500000 to 3000000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain high-quality espresso machines and equipment.,Brew and serve premium coffee to customers with precision and care.,Ensure the coffee shop is clean and well-organized at all times.,Assist in the preparation of milk-based drinks and other coffee beverages.,Stock and manage coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.,Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of daily coffee production and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in coffee production or a related field.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Familiarity with coffee shop operations and procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
