📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies and content.,Engage with followers and customers through comments, messages, and direct interactions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.,Report on social media metrics and insights to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with high engagement.,Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong visual sense.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
