📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly full stack applications for our digital marketing and eCommerce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in various programming languages and frameworks.
  • Optimize application performance, load times, and overall user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full stack development.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our digital platforms.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Proficient in at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and one back-end framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
