📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform failure analysis on various storage devices and systems to identify root causes of failures.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability and performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) to prevent recurrence of failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data storage and failure analysis.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance failure analysis processes.
  • Document and report findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in failure analysis engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Strong background in materials science, metallurgy, or physics.
  • Proven experience in conducting failure analysis on various storage devices and systems.
  • Proficiency in using failure analysis tools and techniques, including SEM, EDX, FTIR, and XRD.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
