📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
