As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure that the clinic has the necessary supplies and equipment to operate efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering supplies and equipment.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products at competitive prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to procurement.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with the clinic's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
