Makmur Krisna Coffee is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Garut. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that the coffee outlet meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the outlet.,Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and staff.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven experience in managing a coffee outlet or similar business.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in hospitality management preferred.
