📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and configure hospitality technology solutions such as PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Provide comprehensive training and support to hotel staff on the use of our technology solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of our technology solutions with existing hotel systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with hotel management to understand their specific needs and tailor our technology solutions accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in hospitality technology.
• Document all processes and procedures for future reference and training.
• Provide regular reports on system performance and user feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in hospitality technology implementation or a similar role.
• Proficient in using PMS, POS, and CRM systems such as Opera, Syrinx, or Cendyn.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Certification in hospitality technology or a related field is a plus.
