📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the implementation of national education and development programs.
- Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to set objectives and timelines.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and obstacles.
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, including schools, communities, and other government agencies.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on program performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to program staff and partners.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education or development sector.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing national programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Valid ID card and NPWP.
