Moon Zone Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives and improvements.
