In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks,Support the IT department in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures,Provide technical support to end-users, including staff and patients,Monitor and report on system performance and security,Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and software,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed,Maintain and update IT documentation and records,Assist in the training and support of new IT staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role,Strong understanding of IT systems and networks,Good knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux,Familiarity with IT support tools and software,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaExperience with ITIL frameworkFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or AzureUnderstanding of cybersecurity best practicesExperience with network protocols and securityAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailGood organizational skills
