Place Express Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial advice to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Tangerang Selatan and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice to the management team to support decision-making.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
