PT Sakti Maju is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department and ensuring the well-being and development of our employees. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Oversee employee benefits, compensation, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
