As a Finance & Tax Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You'll work with QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software to streamline financial processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Process payroll and manage vendor payments.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide financial support to the operations team as needed.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in accounting or tax preparation is a plus.
