📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with managers and departments to identify training needs.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to participants.,Collaborate with HR to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
