🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain.
• Valid Captain's License.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of the local area and routes.
• Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work well in a team.
