📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reporting.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Provide regular reports on store performance to the Store Manager and higher management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or sales role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
