As an Assistant Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure accurate job postings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for the roles.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in organizing and conducting onboarding processes for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team, including data entry and report generation.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
