📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the branch.,Oversee and coordinate the work of all staff members, including property agents, marketing staff, and administrative personnel.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales targets, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local real estate market and trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
