📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field surveys and data collection to assess the health and sustainability of aquaculture operations
• Analyze data on water quality, fish health, and other key metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights
• Collaborate with local communities and government agencies to develop and implement aquaculture projects that promote biodiversity and environmental sustainability
• Use GIS mapping and other tools to create visualizations and reports that communicate our findings to stakeholders
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to build the capacity of local aquaculture practitioners
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in aquaculture and environmental sustainability, and share your knowledge with the team
• Participate in team meetings and project planning sessions to contribute to the overall strategy and goals of the organization
• Attend and contribute to industry conferences, workshops, and other events to network with peers and stay informed on the latest trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aquaculture field work, data analysis, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of GIS mapping, data analysis tools, and field data collection apps
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with local communities and government agencies
• Ability to travel to remote locations and work in challenging conditions
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, with a passion for creating a more resilient and equitable aquaculture industry
