📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.,Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory control.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
