📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
