📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Originate and structure new structured credit and securitisation transactions, working closely with our team of experts to identify opportunities and develop innovative financial products.,Manage the full lifecycle of structured credit and securitisation transactions, from origination to execution and ongoing management.,Conduct thorough due diligence on potential counterparties and transaction structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management guidelines.,Collaborate with our legal, accounting, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and effective management of ongoing transactions.,Monitor market conditions and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to the team on potential opportunities and risks.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing updates on the status of ongoing transactions and the overall performance of the structured credit and securitisation business.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, counterparties, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structured credit and securitisation, with a strong understanding of the Indonesian market.,Proven track record of successful origination, structuring, and execution of structured credit and securitisation transactions.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory requirements and risk management guidelines.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong understanding of structured credit and securitisation products and markets.Experience in working with a range of counterpartiesincluding banksinsurersand asset managers.Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.Experience in working with legal and accounting teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution of transactions.Strong presentation and report-writing skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
