📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans for the bank's growth and success,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats,Collaborate with senior management to set financial and operational goals,Monitor and evaluate the bank's performance against set targets,Prepare and present regular reports to the board of directors,Identify and mitigate risks to the bank's operations,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate planning or a similar role,Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting techniques,Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
