📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintaining a strong database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the hiring process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
