📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including PLC programming and CNC machines.
• Monitor and diagnose equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to our machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of our equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to address equipment malfunctions.
• Assist in the training of new technicians and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven knowledge of PLC programming and CNC machines.
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid certification in machine maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
