📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
