Hokian Wati Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Assistant Store Manager to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the dental clinic.,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of dental supplies and equipment.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and clinic policies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Assist in financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinic strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.,Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
