📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Work closely with the management team to provide financial information and insights.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports on time.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and other financial transactions.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
