📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit borrowers to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
• Document all interactions and payment details using HC Portal.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers to ensure timely payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on collection activities to ensure targets are met.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve team and individual targets.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the finance or collections industry.
• Proven track record of successful collections and customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with HC Portal or similar collection management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
