Tech Bold Abadi is looking for a Deputy Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.,Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and maintenance of employer branding initiatives.,Provide support in the development and implementation of training programs for recruiters.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's recruitment policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian recruitment practices and laws.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
