📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and develop staff to improve their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages.,Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management.,Ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Proven track record of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
