📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and cost-efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.
